Having a Ball, is an original mixed media collage featuring a juxtaposed personality. Inspired by the fun loving outfit worn by this cyclist, I knew I wanted this personality to be focused on play. The beach ball was the missing puzzle piece and I enjoyed inserting this personality into a field of flowers.

These personalities are one of a kind mixed media collages on 4" x 12" x 2" canvas. Each piece is made by assembling various clippings from vintage magazines and catalogs. The glue is dyed to bump up colors. The edges are covered in vintage random dictionary clippings. There is a gloss finish on the piece to protect it and to keep the colors vibrant. The back is signed and titled and has teeth for hanging.
