The book pieces are truly unique. We take vintage thrift store books and convert them into hard surfaces to use as canvas. The back of each book has a wood surface and wire on it for hanging. The piece is a mixed media collage using various clippings from old books and magazines. The glues were dyed to bump up the colors and there is use of acrylic paint as well. The piece has a gloss finish to protect it and the back is signed and titled.
